The Abolition Bill
We have been working with an Ohio Representative for over a year now who has stepped up to lead on abolition. He plans to file the Abolition of Abortion in Ohio Act in early 2025. This Representative has been having conversations with his colleagues concerning the bill. At this point, there are two other representatives who want to have a foundational role in carrying the bill forward. We praise God for these positive developments. Our role has been to continue to meet with our legislators to exhort them and encourage them to support this bill. In addition, we are having conversations with pro-life leaders throughout Ohio about organizational support for this bill. At this juncture, local, grassroots efforts are invaluable.
